Each room in the nine-bedroom main house has a flower theme to complement
the garden that fills the estate.
The Protea Suite is our master suite spacious with a king-size bed,
large bath with double-head shower, dressing area, fireplace, parlor,
and private balcony.
The Hibiscus is decorated with tropical greenery. Breath
taking views of our gazebo not to mention the sounds from the fountain
in the courtyard that will lull you into a peaceful tranquility.
The Angel is enchanting, ethereal, and heavenly! You'll
feel like you are in heaven. You will sleep in a King size bed with
the protection of angels. There is a private bath and private entrance
to the pool/jacuzzi. Give great view of the pool.

COTTAGE
(2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath)
Zosa Garden s has two private cottages nestled in our
avocado orchard for those that want more privacy while staying with
us. Our two-bedroom cottage is surrounded by a white picket fence
and flower boxes and flower arches. It has a fully-equipped kitchen,
TV/VCR in the living room, fireplace, ivy-decorated bathroom with
tub and shower, air conditioning/heater, and phone. It also offers
a private four-person Jacuzzi and enclosed gazebo. Perfect for small
families or two couples.

GUEST HOUSE (4 Bedrooms, 4 Bath)
Guest house may be rented all together or individually.
Our four-bedroom/four bathroom guesthouse is perfect
for small groups, or families. This beautiful "mini-house"
has a large kitchen and living room with all the
amenities, including fireplace and TV/VCR.
The Cherry Blossom Suite features a king-size bed
with bathroom offering a large two person jacuzzi tub
and detached shower. The Orchid Suite
offers a large living room with fireplace and kitchen.
The other bedrooms offer queen-size beds with magnificent views of
the mountains of North San Diego County.
Nestled in our avocado orchard, this 4 bedroom 4 bath
guest house is great for privacy and convenience. You can rent out
the entire Guest house for $650 a night on weekends, or $500
a night during the week.
